New hire onboarding skill-based training module at ClayStation. Training covers stages of clay, hand-building techniques, wedging, and attaching clay. The eLearning course aims to maximize time with the studio's hands-on training and create consistency to ensure customer success with their product. A blended learning solution was needed by adding the eLearning module prior to the instructor-led training (ILT).
