Hello! I thrive on challenges, problem-solving, and find joy in helping others learn and develop their skills.

As an instructional designer, I bring a diverse skill set to the table. My focus is on creating engaging learning experiences that ensure a positive user journey and boost retention. I have a deep understanding of instructional theories and principles, which allows me to craft content that meets specific measurable learning goals.

I'm well-versed in various e-learning tools and technologies, always staying up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into my work. Collaboration is second nature to me, as I effectively partner with subject matter experts, colleagues, and stakeholders throughout the design process.

Precision and attention to detail are my trademarks, ensuring high-quality instructional materials that meet project deadlines. I'm all about continuous improvement, using data and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of my designs. After all, growth and evolution are essential.

With a background in graphic design, education, and instructional development, I offer a unique blend of creativity, adult learning expertise, technical know-how, and organizational skills. I'm here to create engaging, effective, and visually appealing learning experiences that align with objectives and contribute to the overall success of your training and development initiatives.

When I am not creating engaging content, I am helping my husband with his murals, painting, taking care of furry friends, rock climbing, cycling, or exploring!
